We just couldn't find something that felt genuinely soft, kept its shape, and still looked nice enough to open the door in.
Making it ourselves was the only option. Over many months we tested fabrics, feeling each one, laundering it, wearing it around the house, until we found a cotton-rich fleece knit that feels like a warm, well-loved blanket. It has the sort of softness that has you shutting your eyes for a second as you pull it on.
Each piece we design faces the same question: Would we give this to someone dear to us? Anything that doesn't get an immediate yes never ships.
